Sporting Index provide stats for Bryan-Dubois clash
British fighter 1/14 to record a 18th career win
Sporting Index predict up-and-coming British boxer Daniel Dubois will stop Trevor Bryan in the fifth round to claim the WBA ‘regular’ heavyweight title in Miami on Saturday.
Dubois boasts a 94-percent knockout rate from his 18 fights to date and is 1/5 to add another to his collection, while the south London fighter is just 1/14 to win on the night.
The spread betting experts forecast the fight will be over in the 14th minute, with it highly likely the fight doesn’t go the distance at 1/6.
Before Dubois takes to the ring in the US, British cruiserweight Richard Riakporhe will face Fabio Turchi at Wembley, where he is 1/11 to defeat the Italian.
Sporting Index predict an eighth round stoppage in the 23rd minute for The Midnight Train, which would set up a shot at the world title.
Neville Burdock, Head of Sportsbook at Sporting Index, said: “It’s another big weekend for British boxing with Daniel Dubois expected to steamroll Trevor Bryan in Miami, with a 14th minute stoppage, while Richard Riakporhe is forecast to defeat Fabio Turchi in the eighth round at Wembley.
“We make both fighters very strong odds-on favourites to win their bouts, at 1/14 Dubois and 1/11 Riakporhe.”
