Zuffa Boxing tied to the Tyson Fury vs Arlsanbek Makhmudov show and aim to finally make Fury-Joshua in 2026
Head of Zuffa Boxing, Dana White, has said that he plans to add to the 12 shows scheduled for 2026 with some major cards for Paramount+ as well as Netflix.
According to BoxingScene, one of which is the April 11 showdown between heavyweight giants Tyson Fury and Arslanbek Makhmudov, live on Netflix. In addition to being tied to Fury’s latest comeback fight, Zuffa Boxing are also aiming to offer the long awaited Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua fight on Netflix in 2026.
Fury’s longterm promoter Frank Warren has already confirmed that he hasn’t been involved in the making of his heavyweight’s next fight on the 101st day of the year.
It’s also been revealed that Zuffa will be behind a major Mexican Independence Day card in America to complement the return of Saul Canelo Alvarez who fights earlier in the day in Saudi Arabia.
“There’s a lot going on to rock the industry – new signings, more deals, new territories,” the 56-year-old UFC Founder said at Z02. “I’m telling you guys, by the end of 2026, it’s going to be impressive!”
Dana added, “We have some pretty crazy announcements coming over the next few weeks! I’m way further in this thing thank I anticipated being two shows in.”
While Top Rank continue to search for a network deal after their partnership with ESPN expired last summer, and Golden Boy yet to extend its deal with DAZN, there’s a strong possibility a few fighters in America may jump ship for the security of Zuffa.
