Ryan Woolridge set to be ‘Unleashed’ on the next BCB Promotions show
Ryan Woolridge (10-0, 1KO) is stepping up to eight rounds for the first time as he headlines BCB Promotions ‘Unleashed’ event at the home of Walsall FC, Bescot Stadium, Saturday, November 16th.The 23-year-old southpaw is unbeaten in 10 contests so far, since turning pro in 2021.
In February this year, ‘The Rhino’ scored his first stoppage win over Rotherham journeyman Martin Shaw at the Bescot Stadium, where he has boxed three times now. Woolridge stopped the 33-year-old midway through the second round.
The Bloxwich boxer overcame the durable Serge Ambomo last time out and is building towards a domestic title fight in 2025.
The middleweight is part of a talented division, topped in the UK by Hamzah Sheeraz. The current Midlands Area champion is Tory Coleman, 29 from Staffordshire, so he could well be one of Woolridge’s targets in 2025.
‘Unleashed’
The ‘Wolverhampton Bomber’ Sonny Clarke (2-0) will be looking to make it a hat-trick of wins in the sports blue ribbon heavyweight division.

Exeter’s Kristine Shergold (7-7) will make the journey up from the southwest in her first fight since her points loss to world champion Rhiannon Dixon.
Jay Jay Tonks (1-0) boxes for the first time this year, amateur sensation Mia Holland from Wolverhampton will make her professional debut, and after two knockout performances in Germany, Walsall’s Jordan ‘Hammo’ Hammonds (2-0) makes his U.K. debut.
