Harlem Eubank commits future to Wasserman Boxing
British boxing star Harlem Eubank will spend the rest of his career with Wasserman Boxing after signing a new multi-fight contract with the company.
Hailed today as a face of the sport in this country, the unbeaten Eubank enters the most exciting phase of his career with the global promoters in his corner.
The Brighton man first joined Wasserman in 2021 and since then has grown into one of the hottest commodities in British boxing.
Eubank drew in a television audience of over two million last year, live on Channel 5, when he made a triumphant homecoming in front of his jubilant fans, stopping Timo Schwarzkopf in a career-best performance.
And now, the 30-year-old is primed to move to the next level and has a string of blockbuster fights in his sights after putting pen to paper on a new deal with Wasserman Boxing.
Harlem Eubank said: “Wasserman Boxing has always felt like home to me, so I’m excited to have signed a multi-fight contract extension with them.
“This is a pivotal point in my career, with major fights and titles ahead, and I’m confident that the plan Kalle and Nisse have set out for me is exactly what I need.
“My last fight in Brighton, in front of my home crowd and a massive TV audience, was a defining moment for me. The smoke and mirrors of the boxing business has kept me out of the ring for too long, and I’m eager to get back in and continue building momentum.
“There are some huge domestic fights in and around my division, and I’m coming for all of them.
“I want to thank Jamie, my team, and everyone at Wasserman Boxing for making this happen. Together, we’re going to achieve great things.”
Kalle Sauerland, Global Head of Boxing at Wasserman, said: “Harlem Eubank is already one of the faces of British boxing but his name will now also grow internationally.
“There are so many sensational fights out there for him; the Azim fight has been talked about but there’s also blockbusters with Dalton Smith and Conor Benn.
“The welterweight division is experiencing a lot of movement at the moment, with exciting British names all fighting it out to go to the world level, and Harlem Eubank is going to be a massive part of that.
“Harlem has shown major improvements over the last couple of years, he is an outstanding boxer who is ready to take it to the next level and we are thrilled that he will fight the rest of his career with Wasserman Boxing in his corner.”
Jamie Conlan, part of Eubank’s team, said: “Harlem Eubank is one of the most sought-after fighters in Britain right now.
“He’s a star in the making who had an array of options in front of him over which promoter was going to help guide this next stage of his career.
“And so, we are delighted to be teaming up with Kalle, Nisse and the whole team at Wasserman Boxing as Harlem prepares to go to the next level.”
