GBM Sports team up with DAZN
Today, GBM Sports, the fastest rising star in the boxing world, announced the signing of a groundbreaking, multi-fight broadcasting agreement with DAZN, solidifying their position on the global sports stage.
Founded on 11th March 2022, GBM has quickly made a name for itself in the boxing industry by promoting exciting fights and nurturing promising talent. This partnership with DAZN represents a significant milestone in the company’s journey towards becoming a powerhouse in the world of sports entertainment.
The multi-fight deal will see GBM Sports staging world-class boxing events across the UK and globally.
The promotional outfit was created by former Heavyweight professional boxer Izzy Asif from Sheffield, who became Britain’s first Pakistani boxing promoter.
He quickly introduced GBM Sport’s reputation for creating exciting 50:50 fights, production levels of the highest quality, and the ability to sign and deliver world-class talent.
GBM has also built a world-class backroom team to support its ambitious goals. Adam Smith, with over 30 decades of experience in boxing at Sky Sports, has joined as Director of Broadcasting. GBM have also signed some of the most renowned and respected matchmakers in the industry, bringing unparalleled expertise in crafting compelling matchups.
