Conor Benn fires fresh shots at ‘Born Rival’ Chris Eubank Jr while in Saudi
Conor Benn is in the hunt for a big fight and has now posed with a world champion and told Chris Eubank Jr that he is ‘running sacred’ of them both.
Conor Benn and chris Eubank Jr have a fierce rivalry that dates back to October 2022 when they were schduled to meet in the ring, until Benn failed two drug tests.
Ever since then he has been battling to clear his name and is currently awaiting the result of a hearing with the British Boxing Board of Control to see if he is eligible to fight in the UK.
His last two bouts have been out on American soil against unheralded opponents that he managed to beat without too much problem. He has long been chasing a fight with Eubank who is the much bigger man, but this week it emerged that Benn is also in negotiations with Manny Pacquiao for a potential contest out in Saudi Arabia.
In the meantime while out in the Kingdom, he has been posing with a current world champion and taunting Eubank Jr.
Benn shared a story on his Instagram that has been captured by Everything Boxing and posted along with the caption.
“Conor Benn with Janibek Alimkhanuly in Saudi Arabia today.
Benn: “Eubank running scared from both of us. Coward.”
Alimkhanuly has spoken before about Eubank, admitting that he didn’t know who he was but that he would happily fight him and knock him out.
