IBF awards reveals Chantelle Cameron vs Katie Taylor II wins Female Fight of the Year 2023
Ahead of the IBF’s 39th Annual Convention at The San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino in San Juan, Puerto Rico from May 6, British and Irish fighters Chantelle Cameron and Katie Taylor won the Fight of the Year in the female category.
Puerto Rico, a destination steeped in boxing history, serves as an excellent location for the IBF to celebrate its 41st year. The IBF has hosted successful conventions in Puerto Rico in the past, and the expectation is the same for this one.
In commemoration of the boxers that fight for the organization’s titles, the IBF also presents annual awards at each convention.
The IBF announced its top award recipients for 2023 to be presented at the Awards Banquet closing the organization’s convention festivities on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
