Will Fury finally fight Joshua?
Here, we will be taking a closer look at just how likely it is that Tyson Fury will get to fight against Anthony Joshua
One of the most asked questions by many people in the world of sports in recent months is, will Tyson Fury ever get to fight Anthony Joshua? Fury, himself, has said he needs that elusive Joshua fight before he retires. Most will agree that it would be a travesty for British boxing if this fight never gets made.
Before a fight can be arranged, many factors will need to be considered, some of which include the television broadcasting rights deals, the prize money (aka the purse), a suitable time and date, and a location. Find out more about the next possible Fury-Joshua fight right here.
Will the Tyson Fury-Anthony Joshua fight ever go ahead?
In recent years, several negotiations about a potential clash between the two British behemoths have taken place, but they all seem to have collapsed for one reason or another, leaving boxing fans and sports fans in general around the world disappointed. There were even talks of a possible fight taking place on December 3rd, 2022, but again, nothing came of it. There was much hype surrounding a possible bout but talks simply collapsed. Whether that was Fury's Queensberry Promotions or AJ's Matchroom Boxing to blame remains a mystery.
Retired two-weight world champion Carl Frampton is positive the fight will take place, he said: “I think Fury vs Joshua will happen at some point. You’ve got to remember there’s so much money still to be made in that fight. I know AJ suffered a couple of defeats recently, but that fight is a mega-fight, the money that can be generated is insane, so I think it’ll happen at some point. I don’t know when, but it’s going to happen.”

What to remember when placing a real money wager on any boxing matches
When placing a wager on any boxing match, the good news is that there generally aren’t too many confusing betting markets to choose from, especially when compared to how many markets you can find in your average football match. In most fights, you can bet on the method of victory, outright winner, round betting, draw, and to go to distance.
If you do sign up to a licensed sports betting site and gamble in the real money mode, don’t forget that no bet is guaranteed, no matter how great the odds may seem. Don’t just place a wager for the sake of it, which means never gamble out of necessity, and never gamble more than you can afford. You generally need to be at least 18 years old to gamble online in most countries where online gambling is legal, and before you can place a wager on any upcoming sport, you first need to register a real money account at your chosen website.
Don’t chase your losses because this can lead to you losing even more money and try to understand the odds before placing a wager. Learning the odds can help you place more strategic bets that are more likely to win. At many of today’s fully licensed online sports betting sites, you can also change how the odds are displayed. For example, you can generally choose between having the odds on the website displayed in the American/moneyline format, in the UK fractional format, or in the European decimal format. Remember to choose an odds format that you are most comfortable with, which will make life a lot easier for you.
