Former British and Commonwealth light-heavyweight champion Bob Ajisafe - who never lost those belts in the ring - is still on the comeback trail since losing to Umar Salamov for the IBO world title back in 2016. With just one fight per year since then, the 34-year-old 'Lionheart' is back in action on a Steve Wood-promoted show in Oldham, broadcast live on the VIP TV YouTube Channel.

Champion Ukash Farooq (12-0) and challenger Duane Winters (11-1) are due to meet on August 17, with coverage shown live on BBC Scotland. The Pakistan-born titleholder could add his name to a prestigous list of British boxers, including Henry Cooper, Lennox Lewis and Carl Froch, if the wins in his third defence which will earn him the coveted Lonsdale belt outright.
