WBC Rankings and Mandatories
A marathon session at the World Boxing Council 59th Convention at the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel in Mexico City saw new rulings passed on all the latest rankings and mandatories.

Rankings
Heavyweight: Southpaw Otto Wallin moves from 19 to 16.
Bridgerweight: Jerry Forrest is removed due to non enrolment in the Clean Boxing Program. No.8 and No.16 move up.
Cruiserweight: Ryan Rozicki moves up from 15 to 10 due to his performance against Oscar Rivas in the higher Bridgerweight category.
Light heavyweight: No change
Super middleweight: No change
Middleweight: No change
Super welterweight: Jeison Rosario, who's ranked 1, is removed at the request of his representatives as he can no longer make the weight.
Welterweight: No change
Super lightweight: No change
Super featherweight: Eduardo Ramirez moves from 2 to 6.
Featherweight: No change
Super bantamweight: Kevin Gonzalez moves up from 20 to 19.
Bantamweight: Emanuel Rodriguez comes in at 6.
Super flyweight: No change
Flyweight: No change
Light flyweight: No change
Strawweight: No change
Mandatories
Heavyweight: Dillian Whyte is the mandatory but has taken legal action and it is in the Court of Arbitration.
Bridgerweight: First ever champion Oscar Rivas has two mandatories.
Cruiserweight: Thabisco Mchunu.
Light heavyweight: Marcus Browne.
Super middleweight: David Benavides was to fight Jose Uzcategui for the mandatory spot, but this didn't happen, so Kyrone Davis now steps in.
Middleweight: Final eliminator between Jaime Mungia and Sergey Derevyanchenko.
Super welterweight: Jermell Charlo has several mandatories. The mix of Erikson Lubin #1, and Sebastian Fundora #4 and Sergio Garcia #2. Fundora vs Garcia and the winner will fight Lubin for the final mandatory spot.
Welterweight: Errol Spence is now cleared to compete again, following successful retina surgery. Thulani Mbenge vs Edward Skavinskiy ordered for the vacant silver title. That winner vs Alexander Besputin for the final mandatory spot.
Super lightweight: Jose “Chon” Zepeda is in the mandatory spot. But Josh Taylor, who is undisputed champion, fights his first defence against Jack Catterall in February.
Lightweight: Franchise champion Teofimo Lopez vs George Kambosos on Nov 27th. Devin Haney will defend his WBC crown against Jo Jo Diaz on Dec 4th.
Super featherweight: Proposed tournament between Robson Conceicao who lost narrowly in September to champion Oscar Valdez, O'shaquie Foster and Muhammadkhuja Magsayo.
Featherweight: Champion Gary Russell vs Mark Magsayo. Winner will fight Rey Vargas.
Super bantamweight: WBC champion Ryan Figueroa vs WBO champion Stephen Fulton. Winner will fight Daniel Roman.
Bantamweight: Champion Nonito Donaire vs Reymart Gaballo Dec 11th.
Super Flyweight: Champion Juan Francisco Estrada vs Roman Chocolatito Gonzalez for the Franchise title. Srisaket Sor Rungvisai Vs Carlos “Prince” Cuadras for the vacant title.
Flyweight: Champion Julio Cesar Martinez vs Interim Champ McWilliams Arroyo, Nov 20th.
Light flyweight: Masamichi Yabuki rematch with Kenshiro Teraji.
Strawweight: Panya Pradabsri in rematch vs Wanheng Menayothin.
