Jermaine Franklin's promoter claims his ‘Future heavyweight champion’ is close to fighting Dillian Whyte
Lord Ping caught up with Ukrainian boxing promoter Dimitry Salita this morning.Salita confirmed that undefeated Michigander Jermain Franklin (21-0, 14KO) is close to agreeing fight terms with Briton Dillian Whyte (28-3, 19KO).
He also gave an update on Otto Wallin being considered for a fight with Anthony Joshua next year.

‘Otto Wallin I believe is on the shortlist to face Anthony Joshua in a fight that would likely take place next year. There are some talks and I know Otto is one of the names being considered. Otto wants to get that rematch with Tyson Fury and he believes a win over Joshua will make him the people's choice for the fight. Otto and Joshua's styles would be combustible which would be great news for the fans.’
