These are highest ranked British middleweights in the world
BBN have listed the world’s highest ranked 160-pounders from the UK according to the five world governing bodies, Ring Magazine, and BoxRec ratings.
Despite there being an absence of a middleweight world champion, there is an interim world champion and a mandatory challenger in the list. Mark Heffron has since revealed his intention to move up to super-middleweight, but he is still ranked within this division, as is Liam Smith, who mostly operates at light-middle.
The list is based solely upon the current and exact numbers provided by the WBC, WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO, Ring Magazine and BoxRec.
