Undefeated Cruiserweight “Nightmare” Nick Parpa (4-0 3KOs) is the latest top prospect to join the Goodwin Boxing team after signing a three-year contract with Steve Goodwin.
25-year-old Parpa from Palmers Green in North London has won all four paid contests (three by stoppage).
Trained by Don Charles at Punch Gym in Mill Hill, Parpa is determined to launch an attack on domestic titles. He said, “After speaking with Steve, 2018 is a realistic aim to start to pick up domestic titles. I have a great coach and a great team around me. I would like to thank my previous manager Costas Evangelou for everything he has done for me.”
Goodwin feels Parpa has the style to make it to the top. He added, “Nick has a fan-friendly style and one that will be suited to TV in due course. He has a bit of the Mike Tyson style about him and, under the tutelage of Don Charles, I have no doubts that Nick will reach the top.
"Nick will be out on June 10th on the “Colossus” show at York Hall, Bethnal Green which is promoted by my daughter Olivia.”
