“Neza Fight Night” a huge success
Unbeaten lightweight Randy León Loaiza (9-0-1, 4KO) sent Rogaciano Guerrero (7-3, 2KO) to the canvas three times, the last one to defeat him by knockout in just two rounds in the main event of “Neza Fight Night” show, presented by Chiquita González Boxing and Decision Dividida of last Saturday night at the Marbet Hall, in Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl.
Randy León prevailed at 1:42 minutes of the second round in the main fight of the evening that was broadcast live on AYM Sports, ITV Sports and on Facebook Live at the World Boxing Council page.
The fight between León and “Borre” Guerrero, was spectacular, as was the rest of the card. From the beginning both went forward, and although neither could impose conditions, the undefeated man already knew how to attack Rogaciano.
In the second round Randy León was ruthless. He first sent him to the canvas with a right hook and with over two minutes to complete his work. He put pressure on him and landed him with a ferocious left to drop him again, and he repeated the dose with a withering left for the win.
In the semifinal battle, Luis “Chapulín” Rosales (13-16, 4KO) defeated Gerardo Méndez (4-3-2, 1KO) by split decision after eight rounds at bantamweight by scores of 75-77, 77 -74 and 77-74.
Chapulín’s right cheekbone was swolen in the third round, but he was able to continue in the fight against an opponent who did not mind receiving if he landed his. But the most precise and powerful shots came from Rosales, who achieved his third straight victory.
For his part, Geovanni Ortega (5-0, 1 KO) defended his undefeated record defeating Ehiby Arcos (4-1, 3 KOs), in a 6-round super featherweight by majority decision 59-55, 57-57 and 58-56.
In another undefeated duel, Emiliano Toscano (6-0-1, 4 KOs) demonstrated his power and defeated Alberto González (3-1) by technical knockout at 1:09 minutes of the fourth round, in the super flyweight division.
Meanwhile, Eduardo Galindo (1-1) achieved his first victory as a professional after defeating Ángel “Dragón” Mata (0-1-1) by unanimous decision, after four rounds in the featherweight division; Meanwhile, Alejandra Vivanco (1-0) made her debut with a victory over Shadem Medina, with scores of 40-36.
Chiquita González Boxing and Decisión Dividida continue to support the young promises and future stars of professional boxing.
