Pro coach details strict training regime for his unbeaten prospect
Professional boxing coach, known only as Eyez, from Sting ABC in Croydon, has shared the strict schedule for training that he sets out for his unbeaten prospect, Ace Adam (1-0, 1KO).
Successful coach Eyez has guided Ace to ABA finals, the Queensbury Boxing League national title, where he remained unbeaten, and now to the pro ranks where he KO'd his opponent in three rounds.
Whilst during lockdown, Eyez listed all of the routines he uses to get Ace into tip-top shape to make super-middleweight. He said, "Every night Ace Must sleep for 9-10 Hours, the rest is as important as the training. This allows the body to recover – it’s very, very important."
