Sergey Lapin disapproves of Tyson Fury fighting Francis Ngannou
Oleksandr Usyk’s manager Sergey Lapin seems to have a very strong opinion regarding the matter, whilst praising ‘’Spence vs Crawford’’ in the process.
Speaking to Sporting Post, manager and Coach Lapin blasted Tyson Fury for running scared.
The Spence v Crawford fight heaps shame on Fury for fighting an MMA star
"When they meet this weekend, their fight of the highest calibre will cast a shadow of shame over Fury’s decision to chase money against Francis Ngannou, rather than unify the titles against Usyk.
"This is a decision that if not rectified will damage Fury’s legacy. Spence and Crawford is a legacy defining fight. They wanted to test themselves in the ring against the best possible opponent. Meanwhile, Fury and Ngannou belong in a circus tent, and the WBC title continues to be held captive."
Daniel Dubois can teach Fury a thing about being a true fighter
"We are currently preparing for a fight with Daniel Dubois, a young explosive heavyweight who could teach Tyson Fury a thing or two about what it means to be a true fighter. Errol Spence and Terrence Crawford are two other fighters who represent everything that Tyson Fury is not."
AJ, Wilder and Usyk all put themselves on the line but Fury is running scared
"If you ask about a fight with Tyson Fury in Saudi Arabia in December, it seems to me that Fury continues to duck Usyk. As I understand it, almost all boxers – Wilder, Joshua and Usyk – have agreed to the biggest fight night in boxing history, while Tyson Fury continues to run scared."
We’re desperate to knock Fury out but only one Frank Warren fighter hasn’t lost his b***s
"We hope that Usyk-Fury is made, we hope that Usyk has the opportunity to be the first man to knock Tyson Fury out, but for now we are now fully focused on defending our titles against Dubois. We respect Dubois – the only Frank Warren heavyweight who hasn't lost his balls."
