Isaac Lowe and Nick Ball enter into explosive domestic tear-up
Live coverage on BT Sport Box Office will begin at 6pm
In a 12-round domestic duel where fireworks are guaranteed, the vacant WBC Silver featherweight title will be on the line when Tyson Fury comrade Isaac Lowe (23-1-3, 6 KOs) takes on undefeated Liverpool native Nick Ball (14-0, 7 KOs), trained by Paul Stevenson at the Everton Red Triangle.
The winner of this prestigious belt will be catapulted into the WBC world rankings. Previous titleholders include four-weight world champion Nonito Donaire; two-time world champion Cristian Mijares; and world title contender Jayson Velez.
Unbeaten in 14 bouts, with seven KOs, Nick Ball is just 25-years-old. The Merseysider hasn't fought since October 9, 2021, when he destroyed Polish opponent Piotr Gudel (10-7-1, 1KOs) with three knockdowns in just 56 seconds to win in the first round at the Arena Birmingham.
A three-time national amateur champion, Ball is part of a thriving gym which includes stablemates Andrew Cain and Brad Strand, as well as Olympian Peter McGrail. A former plasterer, Ball has always stated his intentions to win a British title and a WBC belt.
Isaac Lowe represents a huge step up in class for Nick. The 'Westgate Warrior' is a former English, Commonwealth and WBC International featherwight champion. A close friend of the headliner, the Lancashire lad has also drawn in three title fights, for the Englis, British and European crowns. His sole career defeat came in his last fight against Mexican Luis Alberto Lopez, last December, when he was stopped in round seven at the York Hall in London. He was down in rounds one and two and had a torrid time against the visiting fighter.
Everton Red Triangle head coach, Paul Stevenson, commented, "We've been quietly working away under the radar for many years, but our time is coming."
Frank Warren, who is promoting the show in association with Bob Arum's Top Rank, said: "I am so looking forward to seeing our man Nick Ball get the chance to really announce himself on the big stage against Tyson's sidekick, Isaac Lowe, and it should be a cracking fight. The WBC Silver title on the line will propel the winner right into the world mix at featherweight."

The Belfast native will fight for the vacant WBO International title in a 10-rounder against Colombia native Jonathan Romero (34-1, 19 KOs), a former IBF junior featherweight world champion.
