How to Get Fitter by Boxing

HIIT And Running
One of the most important things a boxer needs to have is great stamina. One way to achieve this is by running as well as doing HIIT or high intensity interval training. Another way that boxers train is to by doing boxing drills. There are drills to improve stance, speed, power, footwork and conditioning.
