WBC double topping in Belgium
On Saturday at the Dome Arena in Charleroi, Belgium, two important WBC titles will be at stake.
Moroccan Kamel Kaouach (12-2) will face Serbian Goran Babic (7-1-2) for the WBC Mediterranean cruiserweight title.
Kamel comes into this fight with a record of 12 wins and two losses and hopes to return to winning ways after losing lin October against Steve Eloundou Ntere.
Babic, comes into this fight with a record of 7 wins and one loss and in his most recent fight he drew with Samo Jangirov.
In another interesting fight between Belgian fighters, Jan Helin (13-3) will face Ibrahima Diallo (7-0-1) for the WBC Youth super welterweight title, as well as the national Belgian belt.
Both fighters, who are considered good prospects in the country, will seek to show that they deserve to be at the forefront of world boxing.
Also on the card, Antoine Vanackere (20-1) and Jorick Luisetto (12-6) face off over eight rounds at super-lightweight.
This Friday all the protagonists of the card passed their respective weigh-ins.
The supervisor of these fights will be the vice president of the WBC, Houcine Houichi.
