Tomorrow night’s world cruiserweight championship bout in Bournemouth is official as hometown hero Chris Billam-Smith made weight alongside WBO cruiserweight champion – and former training partner – Lawrence Okolie on the waterfront today.
Airing live and exclusively on Sky Sports, the event is the biggest boxing event in South Coast history and pits two former teammates against each other in a domestic world title showdown which has sold out the Vitality Stadium, home of Premiership football team AFC Bournemouth.
The televised card begins at 7pm, preceded by a live stream beginning at 5pm on the Sky Sports Boxing official YouTube page.
