Clavel vs Arellano moved to May
Canadian Kim Clavel's (16-0-1, 3KO) ring return to face Mexican Naomi “Chapita” Arellano Reyez (9-2-0, 5KO) has been rescheduled for Friday, May 12 at the Place Bell in Laval, Canada.
GYM President Yvon Michel commented: “The playoff participation of the Laval Rocket, at Place Bell, made it difficult to keep to the scheduled date of April 28. This is the reason why we postponed this important boxing card for 15 days, for Friday, May 12, which is available and without conflict.”
All tickets purchased for April 28 will be valid for May 12.
This will be the 32-year-old Clavel’s first fight since her January 13 clash with Mexico’s Yesica Nery Plata (29-2-0, 3KO), which the Canadian lost by decision.
May 12 will mark the beginning of a new career chapter for Clavel, who intends to prove herself again, reposition herself and get a rematch as soon as possible.
