Paul Butler vs Jonas Sultan fight details
Former IBF World bantamweight champion Paul Butler (33-2, 15KOs) will face WBO Intercontinental bantamweight champion Jonas Sultan (18-5, 11KOs) in his huge homecoming fight at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena which tops a thrilling Probellum card.
Original opponent John Riel Casimiro was forced to pull out of the fight with Butler for a second time in the space of a few months, so his Filipino countryman has been mandated to step in with the WBO interim bantamweight world title now on the line for the winner.
The WBO are currently deciding whether to strip Casimero of his world title violating the British Boxing Board of Control's medical guidelines.
