“Getting to represent Ireland, my country, would be the biggest and proudest achievement.”

“Hardest fight as an amateur would be against a French guy in the President’s Box Cup in 2009, and as a pro it will have to be Joe Hughes.”

“I want to walk away knowing I’ve done everything I could have done and have no regrets.”

“Football, I’ll watch UFC if it’s Connor McGregor because I think he’s great but I don’t really like otherwise. I like watching the rugby like the Fur Nations competition and stuff like that.”

“I love a Chinese, if I was going out for food would have to be Nando’s, can’t beat it.”

“Billy Joe Saunders to beat Gennady Golovkin, if they ever meet.”

“I don’t have OCD but I’m a clean freak. I love my stuff being all neat and tidy, and clean. I also shower about four times a day! I don’t know why; I just love being clean!”
