Goals in boxing? To be the best I can be and make sure my kids are proud of their dad.
Retirement age? Haven’t thought about it too much, I’m a young 30 still.

Boxing style? Hopefully an elusive counter-puncher who sometimes gets dragged into a fight!

Pre-fight rituals? After the ref's final instructions I always say a prayer on the way back to the corner as we wait for the first bell and do a cross and punch the corner pad.

Best venue? York Hall on a packed night is unbeatable, although AJ may disagree!
Best belt? Wouldn’t say no to any!
Favourite football team? Man Utd
Other sports? Basketball, Michael Jordan is one of my sporting heroes. I just follow whatever team Lebron James is at now, so it's The Lakers at the minute.
Favourite holiday destination? Love going to see family in Ireland or anywhere with nice golf courses.

What fight do you want to see happen this year? After a good win March 2nd, I’m desperate for another shot at the British crown.
If you could fight anyone, past or present, who would it be? As weird as it sounds, my dad. My dad was a decent pro but messed about and we have totally opposite styles, he trained me from a baby until I turned pro at 24 so he might have an edge.
What is the best division to watch in boxing and why? At the minute you’ve got to love light-heavyweights. Four very, very good world champions all capable of beating each other.
What is most important to you in your career between money or glory? Without glory there is no money but making the right choices at the right time is important. Bills still need to be paid and mouths fed.
