Billy Joe Saunders vs Marcelo Esteban Coceres weights and running order
Two-weight world champion Billy Joe Saunders (28-0) weighed in the lightest he has been since he widely outpointed David Lemieux (38-3) in December 2017, almost two years ago.
The 30-year-old North Londoner defends his WBO super-middlweight strap for the first time to WBO #10 Marcelo Esteban Coceres on the undercard of the controversial pro debuts of YouTuber rivals KSI and Logan Paul in LA.
Unbeaten Saunders is making his Matchroom Boxing and Stateside debut, so needs to put on a perfect performance if he is to win over fans and force the potential Cinco De Mayo fight with Canelo, which Eddie Hearn has said he believes he can deliver for his newest signing, who split with Frank Warren to join Matchroom.
