Overview:

“I’m a pescatarian so I have no meat and lots of fish and lots of veg, I experiment with different foods like tofu, jack fruit, eggplant and soya chunks.

“What I’m trying to do with my diet is to get the best of both worlds, so some of those foods are replacements for meat to give me the protein I need.

“I don’t drink milk, I only drink hemp milk.”

Ace’s tips for dieting:

“Take your time, start off with reducing portions to begin with. Make it a rule not to have any carbs after 7pm, because you’re not active after that time and it will just sit there on the belly.

“Most importantly, drink lots of water to flush the system.”
