All the details for Amir Khan next fight vs Phil Lo Greco
It’s his first contest in almost two years and his first in the UK since 2013, but Amir Khan next fight, against tough Canadian clubfighter of Italian descent, Phil Lo Greco, 28-3-1 (15), kicks off a three-fight deal with Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom promotional outfit.
Khan’s preparations have been disrupted by the illness of trusted trainer Virgil Hunter but the esteemed Joe Goossen has been drafted in as a replacement. Khan is, of course, a former Olympic silver medallist (at 17) and unified super-lightweight champion who has not fought since suffering a highlight-reel KO defeat to Canelo Alvarez up at middleweight. The speedy 31-4 (19) Bolton man will be eager to impress.
